Welcome to The long Beach Fitness Center

The Long Beach Fitness Center is committed to providing high quality fitness and wellness programs designed to improve the health, productivity, and morale of Boeing employees, retirees, spouses and dependents.

A variety of fitness programs are featured including cardiovascular and strength training, aerobics classes and personalized fitness programs.  The center is open five days a week, and is staffed Monday through Thursday  from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
by full-time degreed fitness professionals trained in exercise physiology and health education.

Eligibility

All participants must show proper identification (Boeing badge, dependent/spouse issued card, retiree card) to access fitness center. No badge, No entry, NO EXCEPTION!

• Active Boeing employees, their eligible dependents and retirees may use the Fitness Center. 

  • Eligibility for dependents is defined in your Boeing benefits package.  A dependent must be named on your Boeing insurance and be between the ages of 16 and 24 years to be eligible to use the fitness center.

  • Dependents aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the fitness center.

  • Dependents under the age of 16 may participate in outdoor events as a spectator (basketball, tennis, volleyball games/tournaments). 

  • Spouses and domestic partners are also eligible to use the fitness center.

• Contractors with a Boeing badge may use the fitness center (spouses and dependents of contractors are not eligible).

• To obtain ID for dependents and spouses, employees need to obtain a card for them up at the lobby desk. Cards expire annually on December 31st and must be renewed in the New Year.

Policies

• Mandatory sign-in upon entry.

• Appropriate gym clothing.

  • Workout attire.

  • Shoes must be worn while exercising or while involved in recreational activity. 

• A towel is required while using the Fitness Center.

• Lockers provided, bring your own lock (No overnight storage, day use only).

• No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.

• Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.
