FitClub Incentive Program

The FitClub is an incentive program based on maintaining a workout schedule for the duration of the calendar year.  Workout programs are based on each individual's personal exercise goals.  Each type of exercise (aerobic, anaerobic and leisure activities) has a minimum time that must be met in order to earn points for that activity.  The objective of the FitClub is to reward you for your commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

Participants will use the FitClub workout cards to log their workouts. Cards are to be turned in at the end of each month.
